DiSHEd is an Erasmus+ funded project that aims to digitally upskill VET educators using the DigCompEdu Framework to enable them to digitally transform food and health related programmes to meet sustainable food practice and labour force needs.
ATU Galway, formally known as GMIT was established in April 2022. Atlantic TU is Ireland’s newest technological university formed by the merger of GMIT, LYIT and IT Sligo. There has been a strong research tradition in ATU Galway, characterised by high-quality research in several niche areas. Initially, this manifested through individual staff members’ endeavours to do research, publish, and come together in small research groups. Considerable funding has been secured throughout the years to build entrepreneurial opportunities activity and supports for those in the Agri-Food sector across Europe.
The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre is a private not-for-profit SME dedicated to providing farm advisory services, as well as non-formal education possibilities with the focus of enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit in rural areas and fostering rural development in general.
The company’s main goal is to improve the livelihoods of rural inhabitants by offering them the best and most professional and personalized advice in the field of agriculture as well as a variety of training courses and materials relevant to rural actors in the subjects of: environment protection, sustainability, food safety, green growth, permaculture, social farming, health and safety at work, precision agriculture and according to the context of their own business needs and aspirations.

Kaunas Food Industry and Trade Training Centre is a modern primary and continuing vocational training institution with a gymnasium department, which includes sectoral practical training centres, that guarantee the quality and accessibility of educational services.
Kaunas Food Industry and Trade Training Center has many years of international experience and is purposefully and effectively developing international communication, actively participating in the preparation and implementation of various Erasmus+ program activity projects.
The Centre has been awarded Erasmus accreditation in vocational education and training for the period 2021 – 2027.
The Software Engineering and Internet Technologies (SEIT) Laboratory is an integral part of the Department of Computer Science of the University of Cyprus. (SEIT) focuses its research activities on two important areas of Information Technology, namely Software Engineering and Internet Technologies. In the second area, the Laboratory concentrates its expertise on the development of ICT-enabled Creativity and Enhanced Learning Environments, platforms and tools.
SEIT has extensive experience in the area of applying ICT to Technology Enhanced Learning (e-Learning, m-Learning, Blended Learning and Open and Distance Learning) in general, as well as Life Long Learning in particular. This expertise is both at technical level and at developing policies and qualification frameworks for such activities. SEIT is currently participating in two AAL projects: eSticky, and GUIDed, and in one national project: ReaDI-STANCE, all of them related to different themes of the ERASMUS+ programme. Learn more.
